one 15 oz. bottle of Worchestershire Sauce
bunch of fresh tarragon
one stick of butter

Pour entire bottle of Worchestershire Sauce in saucepan and add herbs. Simmer until reduced by half. Whisk in butter one tablespoon at a time. Serve as a sauce for steak.
