Eric's Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 14 oz can of Artichokes                  350 degree oven
1 10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach
3/4 cup grated parmesian                   30 minutes
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 to 2 cups canned or jarred Alfredo sauce
Small dash cayenne
Small dash nutmeg
pepper

enough papper jack cheese to cover

Nuke spinach 5 minutes. Squeeze dry, though be careful since it is hot. Chop the artichokes. Mix in the rest of the stuff to a wet gooey mass. Spoon into pan(s). Cover with more pepper jack. Cook 350 degree oven about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and a bit browned. Server with white corn chips.
