21 - 25 Shrimps fresh or thawed
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
butter
parsley (fresh, please)
garlic

Ok, I saw this on tv, and they were not big into details.  Here goes.

Clean the shrimp.  Shell, de-vein.
Salt, pepper, and a couple of pinches of sugar to the shrimp.
The sugar will help them brown.

Make your sauce.
Add a couple of tbs of butter, maybe a 1/4 c of fresh parsley,
and a couple of crushed cloves of garlic.  Mix it up into a sticky mass.

Ok, now time to cook.  This cooks fast.  Do not fool around.

Oil up the biggest pan you have.  Heat it until just smoking.
Add shrimp in one layer.  Do multiple batches if necessary.
1 minute only.  Use a timer.
remove from heat.
Flip shrimp.
Cook off heat for 30 seconds.
Cook additional batches if necessary.

All shrimp in pan.  Add butter sauce.  Toss.
1 minute off heat.

Serve.
